Is there any warranty for the bar stools that I purchased?
Bar Stools Gallery provides one year factory warranty from the purchase date. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper usage, exposure to extreme weather condition, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, scratches or burns, inappropriate use of any cleaning products, everyday wear and tear and damage to third party property. The purchase is required to provide a proof of purchase to lodge a claim. The warranty covers the cost involved in repair but excludes any transport or freight costs associated with the claim. The warranty is not transferable.
How long will it take to receive the bar stools that I ordered?
Bar Stools Gallery is committed to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once we have confirmed the payment, we will organise third party deliverer to your place. Usually it will take less than three business days to deliver bar stools in Melbourne metropolitan area and about five business days to other places.
