We selected very modern low back, leather seated, chrome bar stools as our gift. Our friends were delighted. However, the base on one bar stools was not perfect.  When we alerted the Bar Stools Gallery staff to this fact they immediately offered to replace the base, which they did.  Good people to do business with.
